A successful Multiplier Event was recently held in Bulgaria, bringing together teachers and education professionals for an enriching exploration of our project’s outcomes. Designed to foster active dialogue and practical engagement, the event was structured in two dynamic parts—each offering participants valuable insights into both the theoretical foundations and hands-on applications of our work.
Presenting the Project: Tools, Resources, and Vision
The first part of the event opened with a presentation of the project’s core vision and objectives. Participants were introduced to the initiative's broader aims, emphasizing its relevance in addressing current challenges in education.
Attendees were guided through the project’s official website and had the opportunity to explore a wide range of resources developed throughout the project—such as educational materials, reports, and interactive tools. These resources are designed to support educators in cultivating integrity, inclusivity, and responsible practices within their school communities.
The second part of the event transitioned into a hands-on, interactive session. Participants were divided into small groups and invited to pilot some of the educational tools developed during the project.
Reflections and Takeaways
The event served not only as a platform to disseminate project results but also as a meaningful space for reflection, peer learning, and inspiration. Teachers valued the chance to exchange ideas, discuss everyday challenges, and connect with like-minded professionals working towards a more ethical and inclusive educational environment.
With this Multiplier Event, we’ve taken a significant step forward in equipping educators with both the practical tools and reflective mindset necessary to build resilient school communities rooted in shared values and mutual respect.
