Students Explore a New World of Emotions and Integrity: Trial of the Things from the futures Minecraft for Public Integrity

Updated: Apr 4

On December 4th, the students of our partner school in Bulgaria took part in the Minecraft Trial, a pilot of an educational game exploring a futuristic world where emotions are currency and integrity shapes society.

The game sparked meaningful discussions—students reflected on the value of emotions like peace and joy, and questioned how we communicate in a digital world shaped by emojis and quick reactions.

They also debated creative ideas like being paid to attend school, ultimately emphasizing learning as a space for personal growth, not work.

The Trial proved how powerful games can be in teaching empathy, communication, and values in a playful, engaging way.
